Q: What are my shipping options?

Our default for domestic shipping is Priority Delivery, which means you will get your package within about 5-7 days of ordering it. If you are in the India., we can also ship your order by paying an additional cost, on top of the regular shipping cost. If you are outside the India and need your order shipped faster than normal, please email us at  [email protected] or call +9181000 22444 and we will work with you to meet your needs.

Yes we ship Globally; all prices of the products are mentioned in USD with detailed ingredients list. For general orders the Shipping charge of 12.9 $ ( upto 10 pieces ) is applicable and for orders above 150$ or (  11+ pieces  to 20 pieces )the shipping charges would be 5.5 $. order above 21 pieces deliver is 1.5 $ which goes to charity ie shipping charges

Modes of payment accepted are credit card or via PayPal. Once the payment is received, order is dispatched the same day or the next working day and reaches its destination within 7 to 10 days depending on customs clearance.

Note: it is a sincere request to our customers to take note that we do not take responsible for duties, taxes or additional charges that may be incurred during any international delivery.

We process orders each day (Monday through Saturday). If we have the items available in our on-site warehouse, your order will ship out that same day or the following day. If we have to get an item from one of our off-site warehouses, it will ship out the day we receive it.

If you are in the India, you will have your order within about 5-7 days of placing it. International shipping takes some more days to get to the country of destination, and then it depends how long it takes to get through customs. The only exception to these times is if an item is on backorder. In that case, we will notify you by email of the backorder and the expected arrival date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us stating that the status of your order has changed to Shipped. You will also receive an email, which will contain your tracking number. If you don’t see that email, you can email us or call +9181000 22444 and request the tracking number. We are happy to track your order for you as well.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from roots and herbs. If your package arrives damaged, you may refuse the delivery at no cost to you. If you received damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Once the order is dispatched from the store, a notification will be sent on your registered email address and mobile number. In case of non-availability at your residence, our delivery expert will try reaching you on the registered mobile number. The order will accordingly be rescheduled only after getting a confirmation from your end.

No, you do not as you can place an order or book a service by just providing your email address and shipping details, however it is highly recommended that you do create a roots and herbs account. It will it be easier for you to view our packages and offers. Shop more for less!
