Anyone who genuinely likes our products: Instagram and YouTube creators, bloggers, beauty and wellness professionals, and our own customers. There is no minimum follower count. You can join from India or from any other country.

No. Joining is completely free.

Fill in the short form at rootsandherbs.goaffpro.com. Tell us about your audience (your channels, follower count and what you post about). Once approved, you can log in to your partner dashboard.

We do not accept coupon, deal or cashback websites, resellers, or accounts that look inactive or fake. If you think we made a mistake, email us and we will take another look.

The standard rate is 10% of the value of each sale you refer. Launch offer: partners who join by 31 December 2026 earn 15% on every sale until 31 March 2027, then 10%. Commission is worked out on the amount the customer actually pays for products, after discounts and excluding shipping and GST. Our best-performing partners may be offered a higher rate.

10% off with your personal discount code. The code can be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other discount codes or sale offers.

Two ways: when someone buys after clicking your personal link (tracked for 30 days after the click), or when they use your discount code at checkout. You can see your clicks, orders and earnings in your partner dashboard at any time.

Your own purchases, orders placed by other partners, and orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded or refused on delivery (COD). Orders placed on Amazon or other marketplaces are not tracked by this program; only orders on rootsandherbs.in count.

Once 5 of your referred orders are delivered and past the return window, we will contact you to send a free Roots & Herbs product. This is a one-time welcome reward.

Once a month, by the 15th, for orders placed two months earlier. For example, October orders are paid by 15 December. This gives time for delivery and the return window, so we only pay for completed orders.

Yes, ₹1,000 (or the equivalent in your currency). If your balance is lower, it carries forward to the next month. Nothing is lost.

In India: UPI or bank transfer. Outside India: PayPal (in US dollars) or international bank transfer. Or choose a Roots & Herbs gift card and get 5% extra (see below). Add your payment details in your partner dashboard under Settings.

Yes. If you choose a Roots & Herbs gift card instead of cash, we add 5% to your payout. For example, ₹1,000 in commission becomes a ₹1,050 gift card. Gift cards can be used on rootsandherbs.in only and cannot be exchanged for cash; normal shipping charges apply to your order. To choose this, select "Store Gift Card" as your payment method in your partner dashboard.

For partners in India, your PAN is required and TDS is deducted as per Indian income tax law. If you are GST-registered, please share a GST invoice with your payout details.

• Always mark your posts as an ad, for example #ad, #affiliate or Instagram's Paid Partnership label, as required by ASCI guidelines.
• Share your honest experience. Do not make medical claims: never say a product will cure, treat or heal a condition.
• Do not post your code on coupon, deal or cashback websites.
• Do not run paid search or social ads using the "Roots and Herbs" brand name.
• Do not pretend to be Roots & Herbs or an official store.

Breaking these rules can lead to cancelled commission and removal from the Partner Circle.
